STT Plug-in for Schemaprof

A Telcert project specific plug-in for Schemaprof that integrates the SchemaTransformTool (STT) written by Will Luxton (Apple Inc.). STT will use the XML base schema and the application profile written in SchemaProf to generate a new XML schema file and a conditional document.

This version of the STT and associated plugin addresses an issue where the absolute file path of a JDOM document object was being incorrectly treated as a relative path. In addition, the version number of the underlying STT engine is now displayed in the title bar of the plugin window, and in the Schemaprof > plugins menu entry.
