Extensions for Europass/Europortfolio CV Application Profile

This document describes some optional elements of HR-XML specs that could be used to enhance this CV profile in an eportfolio approach. It includes also some information about other implementation in Europe (Eures, Euraxess, EuroCV, iProfile).
