UK Learner Profile

The UK Leap 1.1 Learner Profile is based on IMS LIP with some changes (like addition of Relfexion/Assertion part now include in IMS eP). A list of schemas are still available on Cetis website: http://www.cetis.ac.uk/profiles/uklip
