The Collaborative Working Environment: Next Generation Learning Platform

In this session we will present Fronter’s vision of the Collaborative Working Environment as the next generation online learning space. A direct interaction between the student-controlled Personal Learning Environment (PLE), with their lifelong eportfolio, and the traditional institution-controlled and “closed” learning platform (LMS/VLE), all integrated with web 2.0 services and advanced web applications as desktop-application alternatives.
