Enhancing University Support for Continuing Professional Development, Through a Portal Driven Collaborative Learning Environment
Subscribing to lifelong learning requires an active involvement in Continuing Professional Development (CPD). In today’s knowledge intensive world, it can be argued that the only real source of sustainable competitive advantage is the ability to learn faster than the competition. Indeed, today there is a much greater expectation that professionals be both technically competent and managerially capable.
