This is not a final release. Experimental releases should only be used for testing and development. Do not use these on production sites, and make sure you have proper backups before installing.
Improved version of lusid. This fixes a few problems, adds a year abroad logbook and adds UK (IMS) LIP import and export.

- Added option of unencrypted database password to alleviate encryption problems;

- tidied up issues surrounding the admin user account - this is now registered at institution '0' ("no institution");
- allowed the system to be run with just one institution;
- added link to download IMS LIP version (actually UK LIP / UKLeaP) of an individual's records; fixed the upload of IMS LIP records;
- numerous bug fixes.
