The importance of acknowledging learning processes in assessing the impact of eportfolios

A team of researchers from the Learning Sciences Research Institute at The University of Nottingham conducted a project commissioned by the British Educational Communications & Technology Agency (Becta) in 2006 to identify the impact of eportfolios on learning. The aim was to identify common themes across a range of eportfolio projects, and to establish dimensions and baselines that could be used for future planning and implementation.
