MOSEP - More Self Esteem with my E-portfolio Supporting New Competencies for E-portfolio Tutors
This article attempts to demonstrate how e-portfolios, used as a method within an educational setting is neither a matter of tools nor is the introduction of a new method (accompanied with e. g. guiding material and explanatory media) to the organisations' learners sufficient to implement e-portfolio as a sustainable measure to enhance the self-directed learning. In the article, authors want to outline new competencies of teacher's and tutor's needed in order to support learners in their individual learning process.
