A Feasibility Study on the Personal Development Planning Process Embedded in the ‘SPECIAL’ ePortfolio for Generic Competencies Development

by Dorinda Fung — last modified 05-01-2008 15:49

The ePortfolio serves the purposes of personal and career development. A feasibility study was conducted at the planning stage by inviting students for focus groups. The results showed that students did not appreciate the value of managing their own learning through personal development planning, but they realized the importance of developing generic competencies.
