A Model and Framework for Informal learning
The INFLOW project releases a Model and Framework for Informal learning for EU wide consultation.
Further to the 3rd Transnational Meeting organised by EIFEL in Paris on 29th and 30 September 2005, the INFLOW project partners (www.inflow.eu.com) led by the MRS Consultancy have released a public version of a "Model and Framework for the recognition and validation of informal learning in the workplace".
This model is aimed at helping SME's identify, value and recognise informal learing taking place in the workplace. The project is also looking at the potential of the ePortfolio as a means of supporting and valorising informal learning.
Please take a look at this document which can be downloaded at the INFLOW project website (Word 1.1MB)
As part of our consultation process, we would like your comments and feedback. You can respond in whichever European Union language you prefer via the website.
EIFEL is a partner in the INFLOW project and welcomes contributions from its members who are interested in informal learning in the workplace, in particular if your are an SME or providing training services to SMEs.
