EIfEL staff is Member of IEEE LTSC WG20 (Reusable Competency Definition)
Marc Van Coillie from EIfEL staff is now a member of IEEE LTSC to work on the Reusable Competency Definition Standard
EIfEL is already using external competency definitions based on the draft of the forthcoming IEEE LTSC RCD standard in the HR-XML Europass CV profile.
While participating in this working group we hope to be able to study its usability for several context and especially the possibility to use them with both ePortfolio Management Systems (ePMSs) and LMSs.
These interoperability issues while others will be studied in the EIfEL interoperability working group.
