Aim and Objectives

POSILLIPO will offer critical analysis and will enhance the previous work in the domain by carrying out an intensive desk research focusing on the roles of stakeholders in the “policy cycle” and in the creation and promotion of innovation linked to LLL initiatives. In this frame, the specific objectives are:

  1. to define the specific dimensions (organisational, cultural…etc) to understand the partnership dynamics and identify the different criteria for the involvement of stakeholders in the different partnerships;
  2. to research and compare the driving forces in the different countries involved at different levels (EU, national, regional, local);
  3. to work on the definition of a conceptual framework and to design an operational model to promote, develop and evaluate LLL partnerships as drivers of Lifelong Learning policies and initiatives;
  4. to test and validate the model proposed in the different contexts;
  5. to develop a collaboration network and a communication and issue a set of guidelines for practitioners and policy makers through a collaborative learning platform among policy makers, researchers and learning professionals;
  6. to establish the basis for context-based collaborative learning processes within and between the professional communities targeted that will essentially use project work and structured comparisons to learn from one another’s experience
  7. disseminate relevant exemplar materials in 5 languages (ES, EN, DE, FR and IT) and across Europe.
